- Share of Voice tracking across AI providers
- Competitor analysis and benchmarking
- Brand mention monitoring and sentiment analysis
- Reporting and analytics dashboards
- API access for enterprise integrations
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and Billing
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal 360 and Informabiz Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal 360, Informabiz Group, and their affiliates from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco.
